RenovationOne LLC is led by Lee Smith, a Maryland licensed home improvement contractor and HUD 203(k) Consultant with more than 35 years of hands-on construction and renovation experience.

Lee’s background combines practical remodeling knowledge with decades of experience in renovation lending and project oversight. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than 5,000 renovation projects, working with homeowners, contractors, and lenders to help move improvements from planning through completion.

Today, Lee brings that experience to RenovationOne, providing kitchen and bathroom remodeling, general home improvements, handyman services, ADUs, room additions, and accessibility upgrades. His approach centers on clear communication, practical solutions, and careful workmanship—helping homeowners create spaces that work better for everyday life.
